Returns
Eligibility: Only if wrong order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aanvispices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are wrong order, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@aanvispices.com.
