Returns
- Eligibility: Only if wrong order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aanvispices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are wrong order, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@aanvispices.com.
